Well I've tried most behavioral health and I give up trying to get help from any reasonable assist or referral to next plan if action for me to have positive resources. I'm taking a minute iff.

In my opinion, The people complaining about the Clinic, are the same people who are the trouble. I went for a covid shot and the patients were yelling, demanding, rude disrespectful dirty. You name it. So if they get bad service its because of their own behavior. I was treated with kindness and respect by the employees. Oh yeah, if its dirty, I'm sure its the patients themselves who make a mess every 5 minutes. Plus, staff was not rude or unattentive to me.

What good does it do if this place doesn’t help the family members out when there’s problems????? As a family member of a patient here I have got nothing but the run around and zero support in our situation It’s so frustrating that we’re trying to help a member of our family and we witness for ourselves in the office how the worker showed us she had voicemails she hadn’t responded to that we’re a few days prior I’ve left messages 2 times a day for the last week and no response where is this helping us out where’s support we were promised I’ll wait for response but im not holding breath
