I have been following the Platinum Wellness program for 2 weeks and have already lost 20 lbs and 3% body fat. I have much more energy, lowered my fasting blood sugar from 135 to 105, my blood pressure is normal, I have less joint pain and have been staying asleep for 8 hours nightly. Prior to starting this program I was lucky to get 5-6 hours of sleep a night. The recipes offered both on their website and in the client manual are very tasty. Surprisingly and grateful I have not had any soda, sweets or bad carbs cravings since the first week. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Dr Infantino and the Platinum Wellness Program to anyone serious about getting their health back on track. My wife and myself have been on this program 4 weeks tomorrow. I have lost 22 Lbs so far but more importantly, I have stopped taking several medications to control high blood pressure, now averaging 118/65, diabetes, blood sugar less than 100, very violent nighttime heart burns and acid reflux controlled in the past with very strong and potentially dangerous medications, Which I have been taking daily for now over a year. I am thrilled that finally I was able to stop taking all the medications thatI have been prescribed to me for the last 17 years with little or no success and actually creating side effects for which I had to take new prescribed medications. I have attempted every diet imaginable in my lifetime and have never had any success. I am a type II Diabetic with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and taking fast-acting and long lasting insulin.
