I moved out July 31, 2022 due to mold in the basement of the apartment building. My lease also expired July 31, 2022. While living there I complained about the mold numerous times. You can smell the mold through out the building. Im still being charged and have not received my security deposit til this day. One of my cars were totaled and the other car was rear ended. There was rodents running in the ceiling in the bedroom. I had leaks in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There was an issue with the meters for the electricity in October 2021. Homestead transferred the electricity bills out of all of the tenants names and paid the tenants PECO bill for October 2021. Once the situation was rectified all the other tenants were told by text that they could transfer the electricity back into their names. I never received a text, a call, a memo nothing stating that I could transfer the electricity back into my name. I was calling PECO & homestead from November 2021 to May 2, 2022. I’ve been more than patient about this situation. I sent my forwarding address for my security deposit in the amount of 2,500.00 & have not received it.
