The company has a lot of customer service issues. Departments dont seem to communicate with eachother. The customer service mistakes are endless! Regina is great! Overall as a company, some adjustments need to be made in order to respond to tenant concerns in a timely, consistent manner.

Tabatha, We do inspect each unit after a resident moves out and work with the owner of the property to make sure that any necessary work is completed. While we don't repaint every unit after every move out, we do ensure that their is no damaged or flaking paint at a minimum. Our unit are also cleaned. Jimmie, Thank you for your question! Our late fee is $50 if rent is not paid BEFORE the 5th of each month. An additional late fee of $100 will be applied if rent is not received before the 10th.

Once you see a home that you like, click on the picture of the home and it will bring up details and a description of the home. Right under where it lists "Bathrooms" you will see "Apply Online." Click that, and it will take you to our application!
Marco, Please see https://www.clevelandpropertymanagement.com/rentals.htm to see the properties that we have for rent. In order to rent a property with us we require 3x rent as income, a good background check and a credit check. We verify income through pay stubs and ask for a landlord reference. We don't have a minimum score. We look at the whole credit report and the strength of other aspects of the application to make a decision. If there is a low score we look to see why and make a decision based on all factors. The application is filled out online and is accessible from the listing page for each unit.
We rent from them for the past 3 years. They have properties all over northeast ohio, that I am aware of. We live in Parma. We have not had any problems in 3 years... which I great. Some of the properties are multi-family. However, we rent a single family home. Hope I helped a bit for you.
Laquania, Thank you for your question! Applicants are subject to a background check, credit score check, previous and/or current landlord verification, and income verification. We look for a positive and clean rental history, verifiable income (this must be a minimum of 3x monthly rent), account payment history, and debt to income ratio.
