Now a former resident and everything was pretty good for the year we were there. Didn't have too many maintenance issues and when we did, they were fixed really fast, rents are higher but you get a lot of great amenities, security was good, location was fantastic, layouts are great.

This building has gone downhill in ways that are unimaginable. Management does not listen to resident concerns, the staff is a revolving door of faces who move on to the next gig faster than the residents who are constantly moving out. There are serious issues with numerous vehicles being stolen or broken into in the garage. There was even an incident where a homeless person entered the building, made his way into the “secure” bike room and was arrested hanging out in there. The only thing on the rise with this building are the rents. They will consistently go up as the quality of everything else declines. This is not a luxury building and it’s filled with problems, unhappy residents, and staff who don’t care. If I could leave negative stars I would. Do yourself a favor and consider looking elsewhere.

It appears that I am not alone is my disappointment with what has happened to this building in the last few years. The security/front door staff is TERRIBLE!! I just had a run in with a complete and total jerk at the door that I had never seen before and that interaction is seriously making me consider leaving a space and view that I love! This is not what it was when I moved in April 2016. I hope they can bring it back - but I have serious doubts.

When we moved in about five years ago, it was a fantastic building with excellent management and amazing door staff. However, in the past year, it went from 10 to 1. Poor management and horrible door staff! And management doesn’t care enough to listen to the residents. Very disappointing! We are looking to move out, and there are many great options in this neighborhood. It definitely is not a luxury building anymore.
