I had a viewing of an apartment at the Twin Towers and decided to take it. I went online to apply for the apartment just like I was told, but was not able to find the specific unit. I tried calling management and was told they would call me back. I never heard from them so I emailed and followed up with two more emails. Took a week for management to respond. At this point I decided not to apply considering there was no sense of urgency to rent out the unit or to assist prospective tenants.
