I lived at this place for two years, and the numbers of issues I encountered would require an extra set of fingers and toes. The plumbing in the building is terrible causing the shower drain to be consistently clogged, the central laundry room has an issue with the washers not properly draining leaving your clothes drenched. The internet consistently going out at what feels like random. Now on to the charges, they have tried to charge both me and my girlfriend double the rent amount on separate occasions. I've been charged two months of utilities in ONE month. After moving out I was charged solely for damages to the bathroom that occurred after I had vacated the premise, none of my other roommates received a similar charge. If you plan to sublet or move out before your lease is up TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING. One of the few bright sides is the security staff who always had the best interest of the residents at heart. And the fact that they have employees write glowing reviews of the place to boost its rating is pathetic. They make a living preying on college students who are looking for "affordable college housing". Edit: The response from Ion doesn't mention how I said "attempted" to charge me and girlfriend both on separate occasions two months worth of rent. The reason it was an attempt was because when it happened I went down their to let them know that was BS. Nice try to deflect and rearrange the words that I wrote. In regards to the chair I had picture proof that shows the chair upright at my time of move out and not "in half" like they want to try and portray in their response. But I guess "not being able to discuss charges to ones account" only applies in one on one conversations and not when trying to retort my review and save your own business. I recognize some of the names in the google reviews leaving positive reviews as people who have worked at the front desk. You don't want to play this game.

These people are liars. We moved into a filthy apartment where no one bothered to clean prior to my son moving in. Please shop around before choosing this place.

You can tell how many reviews are bots on here its gross. Same thing that everyone has been saying, this place takes advantage of students and doesn't give you any renters rights. You know they don't care since all the responses don't address any of the real issues at all. If you're a parent looking to have your kid stay here the only reviews that I would consider real on here are anything below a 3 star.
