My experience at Wave Lakeview has been exceptional! The amenities are a great value and very few buildings in Lakeview East have a rooftop pool, fire pit and view of downtown Chicago. What truly amazed me was the warm welcome from Amber, who not only is genuine and kind, but ensures that everything is taken care of in the most timely and professional manner. There is a community of residents here who greet each other by name and that environment clearly is created by management. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely fashion and the building is exceptionally clean and kept that way. I love this building for many reasons but the experience living here is second to none, driven by the passion that Amber has to keep everyone happy and comfortable. James is also funny and kind and they run this building together like pros. I worked for Apple for 6 years in the 5th highest volume store in the US from 2011 to 2017 - I know excellence when I see it in action.

Living in The Wave has been, possibly, the most amazing living experience for me. In the past five months, I have made friends, enjoyed trivia nights organized by management, swum, sat on the rooftop lounge and felt that awe that comes from the lake and the skyline, used the gym almost every day, and connected with the neighborhood around us. I feel so lucky to be here and don't see myself living anywhere else for a long time.
