In order to rent a property with us we require 3x rent as income, a good background check and a credit check. We verify income through pay stubs and ask for a landlord reference. We don't have a minimum score. We look at the whole credit report and the strength of other aspects of the application to make a decision. If there is a low score we look to see why and make a decision based on all factors. The application is filled out online and is accessible from the listing page for each unit.
