Stay Away....that's if you even can get them to process a simple CPAP prescription based on sleep study. It took from Feb to June; when I called, I was told it was denied by insurance. This was not true, it had not EVEN been sent to insurance. After about 6 calls and emails they finally sent it in and was approved, so we got the equipment. When I asked why so long to process everyone pointed fingers, said they were new, etc. Never a "sorry we messed up". However instructions on setup were rushed; would only give him one mask option to take home which ended up being too small. Then, when neurologist sent in referral for new mask....surprise surprise, they didn't have anything!!!! We drove from West Bradenton. So not only are the incapable, ineffecient and can't get the simplest thing processed, they are rude on top of it. Go anywhere, even LinCare is better!!

If you are an Aetna Advantage Plan member BEWARE. Sarasota Oxygen is no longer an in network provider for Aetna. This means your copay will increase to 50% from 20%. I've been a customer of Sarasota Oxygen for CPAP supplies for years but discovered on my February bill that they were now out of network. I've talked to multiple people at Aetna and Sarasota Oxygen but no one seems to care or be able to explain what happened. Today I reluctantly paid them $84.04, that was the difference between to 20% & 50% copay. I am signing up with Apria Health Care who is an in network provider for Aetna.

THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY WILL LIE TO YOU I wish there was a way to give no stars. I originally spoke to someone in January about getting set up with a cpap machine. My doctor called the prescription was sent over after my sleep study. They told me my machine would be here around the beginning of Feb. That came and went I waited patiently because of the shortage. When I went back to the doctors on Feb they were concerned I hadn't got set up yet. The doctor called again and they had not received my order, which is false verified at the doctor. Someone was supposed to call me in the next few days and never did so I called. They told me then it wouldn't be until the end of March. I called the 28th and was told the machine would be there April 1st nor later than the 4th. I had left a voicemail on the 28th before i finally got through and they returned my call on the 4th to tell me that's false it won't be until possibly another 2 to 3 weeks or longer.
