DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY! The absolute worst “ER” it’s just NOT an ER, it should not be considered that! I came in because I believed my 13 month old had a concussion. We came in with a HEAD INJURY & we’re not treated promptly. He fell and started throwing up and was groggy. No one is there to greet you as a normal ER, having someone there to be like hey are you missing a limb or need stitches. Nope not the place to do for that! It should be closed down honestly. The last time I came too because I believed my son had a bad ear infection and the poor guy was miserable, the dr barely looked at him, 2 days later I’m at Cooks children and my son has a ruptured ear drum! This is NOT THE PLACE TO GO PEOPLE! Save those 20 mins waiting and drive to Med City Arlington! Also, I know there’s a NEED for nurses & drs somewhere else. I’m sure their services can be actually used elsewhere instead of just sitting there on their computers.

It would be nice if someone answered the phone! I dropped my mom off with my grandma (that's 100 yrs old) and asked the lady that took them back if there was a way my mom could call me since she forgot her phone. She said yes there are phone's in the room or I could call and be transferred to her room. The problem was that when I called, noboby answered for 5 minutes, and when the phone finally was picked up, it was put immediately on hold, without anyone even saying anything like please hold, for another 6 and a half minutes before it just hung up on me.
