No lease contract copy no sticker roaches infection and there’s rats too trying to charge you for insignificant things now no answer the phone and was there from 2020 when you start living everything is great but later they trying to scamm you no notification when they go in to the apart I found lot times lights on and more details and they don’t want give the lease contract copy and they are charging me because they say that I left the apartments after the lease expired and I left the apartment 5 days before the lease contract expired so please I don’t recommend this place

When I used to live there about six years ago my neighbor had rats as well that chewed a hole from the ceiling The management never fixed the problem
Talk to office ppls they let u know and provide u phone number
Nothing included if they give u first month rent that will be your fully covered utilities bill
