Spend all day to pick up two cars

Worst place to be. if you have a whole day to waste you can be there @ 8 and hopefully you will be served by end of the day, after scheduling your appointment thru their Copart kiosk which keep saying 15 min for 3 hours and then jumps to 2 hours wait time. talked to manager about it. He pretty much told me. " It is what it is and nothing can be done". 30 people in que and 2 staff to serve them. May be they are low on employees and too many customers all the staffs are rude and zero customer service.

Worst customer service ever. I had an appointment at 11 am and they brought me the car at 4:27 pm. This is ridiculous. AVOID THIS AUCTION IS A WASTE OF TIME
