We just saw this apartment and when we arrived the lady treated us well, we asked if she spoke Spanish and I spoke to the super friendly maintenance man. I asked if there was a 2-bedroom apartment and they said that if there was only 1 left. But they were cleaning it that I could return the following week but since I urgently need to find an apartment I asked if I could see it even if it wasn't clean that I needed to see the dimensions and they told me no problem yes and then I fell in love, they are ideal for family we are my husband and my 2 small daughters. They were the best in price because I was looking for them and out of 8 apartments near here they were the best and the attention I received was very cordial. I've been to others where people are super rude like they're doing you a favor when it's really their job.

DO NOT put down a deposit. Don’t do the foolish thing I did and put a deposit hoping they will later on call you to tell you they have an apartment available because they won’t. They tell you they only have a few people ahead of you and WILL NOT RETURN this deposit when you are done waiting. Waited months for an apartment to be available and it never was. They said they would return my deposit but was never given anything back.

Love living here! Close to everything and community is nice and quiet. Office and maintenance are nice and efficient.

Horrible customer service . I spoke with Pam in the front office, who talked over me as I was trying to gather information. Don’t waste your time applying , they want you to pay for everything without even seeing the facility first , so no tours and you’re basically paying for everything upfront without seeing anything whatsoever . When asking Pam when would they be available to tour she caught a attitude claiming “they’re not other apartments and you can take it or leave it. “ bottom line, keep searching.
