I been taking my two kids since birth. And the only reason I keep coming back is for the records. The staff is very unprofessional. The only way you can connect is by text and don’t even reply to you when you are needing or making appointments. They make you wait 1-2 hours in your car! Why make appointments when you can’t be seen at that time! I don’t mind waiting even 20 min but one hour with toddlers is ridiculous! This happens every single time! And DR. Sheing is just unprofessional and he talks more then trying to see what’s wrong with your kids. He doesn’t even check your kids properly! This is why I never want my kids to be seen by this doctor. The whole system this clinic has is just a joke. The manager obviously not doing a good job taking or even trying to find a solution for all the issues for their patients. I would give zero starts. Not to mention the MANGER DOES A TERRIBLE JOB running this place! I see how the owner of this place only replies to the people that only leaves good reviews and NEVER leaves feed back on the bad reviews.

This place is a joke. Dr. Sheng doesn't have any bedside manners at all. He is very rude and obnoxious. Please go elsewhere

Yes but not every Saturday, i believe it is 8am to 3pm. Always be sure to call and see which Saturday they are open
That I do not know, the best thing to do would give them a call. And ask where you might be able to go to seek medical help.
You can go to their website and schedule an appointment.
Usually the doctors are really good at explaining what the vaccines are and the also give a copy of the shot and possible side effects and more information about the vaccine.
Yes from 9:00am- 3:00pm.
