Health care providers beware. I have attempted to use this agency three times. Only one out of 3 did an RN actually present and complete her duties. I have had an RN from this agency not show, nor call at all. I have emailed to confirm 48 hours prior to a scheduled date only to be told the RN scheduled was out on leave. I suppose this would have been a second no call, no show should I have not emailed to confirm. I have contacted multiple people throughout the organization and have not even received the courtesy of a reply. Clearly, they are unprofessional and unorganized at a minimum. They are very quick to send an updated contract at $80 per hour for an RN but yet they fail to provide the services as scheduled.
