helped moved in my mother a few weeks ago and was so many issues, had to wait because the cleaning people were just starting, toilets wouldn't flush, door issues, and kitchen sink wouldn't move left and right, in my opinion its like she moved in a trap and they were un professional, on top of that her mail key didn't work. I see things don't change I lived in building 5 2years ago had same office issues.

No, all utilities are billed separate from rent. Tenant is responsible for signing up for electric provider. Water is sub metered and billed monthly along with rent. Trash pickup is added on as well and is 15 or 20 a month I believe?
