Franklin Lighting has a HUGE selection of beautiful lighting of all kinds. They are also very customer service oriented. Over the years, we have been in several times. The sales staff is always super helpful and knows their products. Lately, they are having a wonderful sale. Haley was very patient and assisted us to select pendants, a chandelier, and a fan. Super excited as they are high quality and a reasonable price. Thank you Franklin Lighting team!

We didn't buy anything. It's far beyond our budget....but they have an insane selection of quality fixtures and they're willing to help you even if they can see it's above your range. (No "Pretty woman" moments for me and the wife). When we make that kinda money, we'll be back happily.

Our realtor recommended Franklin to us. We are nearing the end of building our new home in Lakewood Ranch. We needed to order 3 down rods from Capital Lighting Fixtures. CLF recommend us to do a search locally to find a store that sells their products, Franklin Lighting was on the list. My wife and I stopped in the store to see if we could order the down rods through them and have them sent to our real estate agent. We were hastily greeted by a sales person, tried to explain our situation, which she really didn’t seem interested in. We followed her to the sales desk where there were two other women. The one particular rep snapped we don’t have down rods in stock. I tried to explain we wanted to order 3 18” down rods. Her reply, since you didn’t buy the lights from us we can’t help you. This would be a simple order, would have helped us since the lights will be hung in the next couple of weeks...instead the store policy is not to help potential shoppers we are going to have to scramble to find another provider who is willing and much more helpful. These reps had no interest in helping, zero customer service skills and in general not very friendly. As long as we live in Sarasota, which will be for the next 30 plus years...I will relay this story and NEVER have anything positive to say about Franklin Lighting. Absolutely terrible customer service skills!!
