Jacob is fantastic. He greeted us warmly, answered all our questions, and generally took care of us in the manner I'd like to become accustomed to. The amenities are top notch, what you would expect from a Hilton property. I just got into town after a couple weeks in the woods teaching wilderness survival skills, and the room is like a little slice of heaven! A bed?! Wonder of wonders! A pillow not made of tree parts?! Be still my heart! Seriously, though, it is a very nice accommodation on a fairly quiet street, and not unduly far from the Airport. Definitely going on my list of go-to places!

I paid almost $900 for one room for two nights and they charged me an extra $5 per day for internet, in 2022, because I didn’t agree to sign up for Hilton Honors. I actually resent paying that extra petty $10. Not good business practices, IMO.

Positive: The hotel was very, very nice. Updated decor and spotless. The rooms are relatively large and comfortable. The shower was nice. Great lobby with breakfast, snacks and plenty of room to work if you need to. Negative: The location was a little commercial. Not great area to get out and explore. But if you have a car, this isn't an issue. Everything in Eugene is close.

The stayed here for a week while traveling for work. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Coffee was hot with various options for creamer and sweetener. The room was very nice with a mini fridge and microwave. I did opt out of housekeeping but to my surprise they cleaned my room anyways. Perhaps, there was some miscommunication. Laundry was complimentary. The gym was pretty good sized. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!
