One of the receptionist was nasty to me because my dog was carrying on and when I went to pay my card didn’t work and she got an attitude I like the staff at Big Walnut I dislike Annehurst The receptionist had black/grey hair that was kind of spiked and she wore glasses if I need to bring my dog in for any reason and Big Walnut is full I will start going to a new vet

Had a devastating moment Friday morning when I had been up all night with my cat who was on death's door suddenly. Annehurst has always pushed appointments in the past for emergency situations and my cat was hours away from dying. Had to scramble to MedVet who unfortunately were less comforting than my cat's usual vet visits at Annehurst. Don't call or go to them if you have an emergency as they don't make room for emergencies which seems.. silly to advertise you're there for clients when they have pet emergencies when you refuse to make room for pets who could possibly die quickly. Have loved this vet's office before but I'll be finding someone new.
