WOW where to start! I got a flat tire at 1am on a weekend on a long road trip home, and the Comfort Inn was my *oasis*!!! Daniel at the front desk checked me in with a warm smile and plenty of sympathy at 2 in the morning (how is anyone that nice at 2am?!)- even though it was a busy weekend he found me a beautiful, big clean room for a great price. Not only that- all the tire shops were closed Sunday, but he managed to find someone who would come take care of my tire at 8am on a Sunday even though they were closed! When I came down at 6:30 am he *still* had a big smile on his face, with a sticky note with a number for me to call to have everything on my car taken care of (and for great price and quality too) Did I mention they had TWO types of fresh waffles at breakfast AND a hot tub? Best accidental hotel visit of all time! I'm so grateful for the save, Daniel! I hope I get the chance to pay it forward some day and help someone else as much as you helped me! I'm also a woman traveling alone and appreciated how safe, well lit, and clean the hotel was.

This hotel was AMAZING. The staff is what won me over. I was having a bad night and crying. I need to just get away for a bit. I rolled up around midnight and JD at the front desk had such wonderful energy. She was so kind and accommodating. She asked if I was okay, and just talking to her turned my entire night around. She helped me get the best rate possible with a huge room to accommodate me and my service animal. The room was fantastic and clean! I will always recommend this hotel! I also own a business in the area and occasionally we will have guests here, I will now always book them at this hotel! I really can’t say enough kind things about JD! That woman is a blessing. ❤️

Recently was on a road trip from San Francisco to Portland and stopped here for two nights. Julio at the front desk was awesome! Giving us multiple recommendations that were all great. For the price, we were very happy with our stay.

I felt a little offended when I saw that this is listed as a 2-star hotel. I felt quite comfortable during my time here - it was a treat to stay. We were in town for a concert, so getting in and out came at weird times, but the gentleman at the desk, Daniel, showed unending patience and was understanding and accommodating. He absolutely made my night, just by being welcoming and genuinely kind. I want to travel to Eugene again just to stay in this hotel, so long as he's working the desk!
