Omg this place is actually great. Not gonna lie I usually have a list of complaints about hotels and I don’t even have one here. The bed is comfy, the pillows are great and it has that clean bleach like smell to it. The room itself is so clean too! It’s quiet in here and just overall comfortable

The front desk customer service Will is very rude. I asked to speak to a manager he did not help. He atually started yelling at me saying I need to leave. I asked to document my accout to have the manager call me in the morning to ensure my check in went well. As he told me that my card was declined. I told Will that I should not be treated like this as a customer and that he was being rude. He then continued to yell that I needed to leave. As I was getting the managers card Will proceeded to tell and say is this the card number to charge? I walked away as being yelled at is not okay. I still have no idea how my room was charged. My company pays for the room and my card was soposted to be charged only for incendentals.

Really nice place! Came to Eugene for a Tool concert and it was super close to Matthew Knight colosseum. Super clean, shower was huge, and comfortable room. Bed was a little hard but comfy pillows and clean linens. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked amazing like fresh waffles and pastries and fruit, compared to some complimentary breakfast I’ve seen.

So far this hotel has be the let down of my year. From the front desk person who helped the people who came in after me check in before I did. The kicker was paying extra for the river view only to have a third of the view packed with roadside trash. All of tbe rest of the staff was great. They hate bicycles here, you can tell by where the bike parking is placed. Visable from the highway, and not the lobby. Easy to have your bike stolen, even it it is locked up. Renting bicycles could be an extra bonus for staying here, but you are in your own. The river path is fantastic, and I highly recommend it. The remodel is pretty okay, aside from the cheep furniture. The outside of the hotel looks like it has not been cleaned in a couple of years. I'm glad I took photos to remember what it was all like as I will not stay here again. Not for the price I paid.

Easy access on and off I 5. Nowhere to eat nearby, but easy drive in to Eugene.
