Clean, comfortable bed for a budget option. Had a nice tub. Smoking nearby can be a distraction, they were outside and it vented right inside.

Mold covering the shower curtain was a surprise. Our room smelled overly sweet and the bed didn't have a protective cover. Within walking distance to the rose garden, food and some shops. Was okay for one night but will be upgrading for sanity in the future.

The room was large & inexpensive. Those were the only positives. There was graffiti in the stairways, stains and burn marks on the beds, a lingering smell of stale urine in the bathroom, very few towels were provided, when my girlfriend went for more towels, a member of the staff tried to grab them back from her for some reason. They did not offer late checkout and rushed us out in the morning.

I was hoping to come here with my friends and I as a quick stay in Eugene overnight. Everything seemed fine until we had entered our rooms and quickly found blood stains on towels, pillows and sheets. On top of this there were obvious fecal stains on the bathroom towels. On all of the sheets there was very clear evidence of bed bugs and that was the line where we decided we weren't going to stay the night as we didn't know what else might like in the rooms. When we went to go check out and get a refund we were told that everything was clean despite us having pictures of all the filth. We were then cussed at as what is assumed to be the owners showed their true personalities by showing their lack of care for any sense of hospitality and professionalism. Throughout they were claiming that a small inn can't be as clean as we wished which is obviously not true and only furthers how disgraceful those owners were. If you have the option of not staying here, we definitely that you find somewhere else.
