The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. I have stayed at Best Western in the past and the have all been very busy clean, light and bright. This room was not that. It was dark, had a musty smell and the heat would was not automatic, it was on or off. There were silverfish and spiders that we made the front desk aware of, and was told they would inform maintenance. It was a place to sleep and had a good breakfast, but not at the same standards of the other Best Westerns for the price.

Positive: The night started off great! Friendly staff that knew exactly what info to share and how to best direct you to your room. Super polite. The room looked great although the bathroom was tiny. Negative: We saw photos on this site of the pool and hot tub, but when we got to the pool there was no hot tub in sight. When we took our shower the water was barely warm and wouldn¿t get hot. There was loud construction right outside our room in the morning.

Clean, spacious, comfy beds, good shower head and pressure. Very nice staff. Hot breakfast better than any I've had in a long time. The food actually had flavor. Roomy area so you can distance yourself. Ours was only a late in/early out, so I can't say more, but I'd stay again. Oh, only drawback was you can't make a left turn leaving or pulling in.

The room was very clean and the location (near U of O) is extremely convenient. But this is fundamentally a low-quality physical facility - it's basically a roadside motel. The room smelled of urine, the AC was loud, the toilet had an internal leak that caused it to make noise precisely every 2 minutes, and the fridge buzzed. If you need a very basic, clean place to stay near campus this is fine. But if you're traveling halfway across the country and want a little comfort and quiet - this is not it.

Yes both open. Very good breakfast, super nice ladies that work in the breakfast dining. The rest of the hotel not so muchs not

They have never had an issue fixing mistakes, at least for us they haven't. Give them a call and talk to a Manager, at least that is what I would do.
