I have a charge for two rooms on Feb. 18, 2019. We were not there that night. The booking was for the wrong nights for both rooms. We actually came in on March 17, 2019 two rooms. Can I get any refund??

They have never had an issue fixing mistakes, at least for us they haven't. Give them a call and talk to a Manager, at least that is what I would do.
