We came to Eugene on the Amtrak to see the Brit Floyd concert at the Hult Center. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Very friendly service. It is an older property, but that's okay. It was clean and comfortable, and the only drawback was a slight odor (maybe from someone's pet?). A Huge bonus was the small restaurant named Brails on 5th just one block away. Great breakfast. We would certainly stay there again. Four AND A HALF Stars for sure

Would avoid if you have a pet. Booked a room as it had some great reviews. We have a small dog and based on their pet policy i called them up to inform them of such. Was told that they don’t actually have any pet rooms available.

I left something behind at the hotel and the manager Chris went above and beyond to return it to me at the next stop of my vacation. Incredibly helpful staff- Chris was fast at responding to phone calls and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The hotel itself is gorgeous with really trendy retro wooden style rooms, super comfortable beds, and very clean. Highly recommended A++++

Staff was really nice, got us our reservation in a min. Room is very decent and bathroom is clean and renovated. The room smelled clean and beds delete nice and comfy. Definitely would stop here again.
