I highly recommend Buena Vista Urgent Care. I am a healthcare provider and I was impressed with this practice. My son needed treatment on our vacation. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. I was checked in quickly. Dr. Becker and his staff were wonderful. We were given medication on site so we didn’t have to make an additional stop. My son began to feel better in less than 24 hours and we were able to get back to enjoying our vacation.

On our summer vacay my little one felt I’ll and thinking of the worse, brought her into Buena Vista Urgent care. I phoned the front desk to explain my child’s symptoms and they listened patiently, advised me to bring her in. The entire personnel are professional, patient, friendly, and caring. Thank goodness it was nothing but asthma flair-up and they prescribed steroids, my child was able to enjoy her time in Florida all thanks to this amazing group. Also they have a pharmacy inside where you can purchase your RXs vs calling it into other pharmacies - something I recommend. My child’s pulmonologist called-in a spacer to one of the Walgreens near our stay and they never filled-up the RX so I decided to go in and inquire about it, they didn’t know what an inhaler spacer is and simply said, “we don’t carry such things.” Called Walgreens near my house and the pharmacist informed me that all pharmacies carry them. With that being said, if you’re in the urgent care just get your meds there, you’ll save yourself from a headache trying to get your Rx filled from unknowledgeable pharmacies. The office was renovated and clean. One feature that I’ve never seen in urgent cares is a waiting list screen with patient’s names. Nice way to keep patients informed on how many are ahead of you and your wait time. Every urgent care needs this!

I’ve been going to Buena Vista Urgent Care for almost five years. They’ve consistently provided great care. They’re attentive, compassionate, and truly care about patient needs. While I’ve personally never waited more than 30-40 min to be seen (including my most recent visit today), I always go in expecting a longer wait as this is an urgent care, not a doctor’s office. They work on walk-ins and cannot control the amount of people that need to be seen. Whenever there’s a rise in Covid cases, I try to be extra understanding as there will be more people needing a test. It’s been a tough three years for everyone, but especially the medical industry, so I always try to be kind to the staff, nurses, and doctors who help care for us. This past visit, Nurse Samantha was especially the personable while giving my family and I Covid tests after a recent exposure. She listened to us, laughed with us, and made sure we were taken care of. We were visited by the doctor shortly after, who gave us care instructions in case our test comes back positive, as well as quarantine guidance. I’m happy to have a local urgent care I can trust when needed. Thank you!

I seriously do not understand how this organization / facility has received five or four stars. My son and I came in three hours ago and we were consistently waiting and waiting. We were called into the room at 2:00, yes, just now. I am grateful he is not in severe pain or discomfort because he might have gotten worse just dying to see a medical professional. But 3 hours? And counting? The only reason we are here is because his pediatrician's office is closed, otherwise, we would not have wasted our Sunday. The medical system here is severely fractured beyond repair. And the front desk receptionist is rude and impatient. There should be signs explaining what is expected so that she does not have to repeat herself over and over making us -the patients feel incompetent. There is no information anywhere and she is at the front by herself. How is this place functioning? 250.00! without insurance FYI. 250! Robbing the public. Update: Being in the room in the back to get vitals done and being sent back out, counts, as in is added to the time. And then, the time we were in the room alone, waiting, and waiting. I am grateful to God my son was not feverish or seizing because we'd have a REAL emergency. Being short staff is not an excuse. Doors should have been closed until the number of patients are manageable. There were other people there severely ill. Additionally, just because according to your company $250 is the standard in that area, does not mean it is right nor is it acceptable. Quite frankly, the company should be transparent with the demographic or population you are targeting as to not provide false hope.

Go see Dr Becker He's been taking care of me for 4 years and at age 61 he's the best Dr I've had in at least the last 20 years.

You need to go in, the price may vary based on your evaluation. They can't diagnose you on this post, but if you call they may be able to give you an estimate.
They will take your insurance, then you will have a copayment ... I have seen it as low as $ 30. I know the maximum without insurance is $ 250. I hope this helps.
So they don't see people without insurance????
It wasn't for me, it was for my husband. But the treatment with the American medicines was quiet. Actually, I don't think it's much different ...
Yes we take that insurance. We would collect your Urgent care copay
