Everything was excellent until time of check out. I was delayed in checking out and much longer wait than necessary. Check out cashier/secretary was on her personal phone texting instead of checking me out to finish my appointment in a timely manner. I had to speak up and approach her before she would put her personal cell phone down and assist me.

It is available, but it will take you at least 2 hours in their office to get it done and $179. And they won't submit the bill to your insurance company to try to get it covered, even though they say they do when you make an online reservation and you are required to submit your insurance info to them. Bottom line, I'd find someplace else to get it done.
