DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is a joke Advent Health should be ashamed. This is not a place you can get any kind of care. Make appointment on line and find out that was a waste of time. I came in at 12:30PM for 1:00 appointment. I was told they didn’t have me down. They also told me they couldn’t take any more walk- ins. They’re open for 12 more hours at this WALK IN clinic yet they can’t take any walk-ins. The check in area and waiting room was empty. The staff was so rude and couldn’t care less. I believe I may have a kidney stone and I’m in a lot of pain but I got NO assistance from Advent Health. I know it’s my own fault for thinking it would be any different and even going here. I will have to try Orlando Health. This place is only after money!!

This place is HORRIBLE, the staff the wait the entire company is a complete disgrace. They have no compassion for the people. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a disgusting location. There were dead roaches everywhere

very bad experience over all took 1 hour to get the doctor and whne they was nurses and another doctor who were doing nothing when they could’ve help other patients. doctors don’t know what you have and rely on you to tell them what you have when they should know what you have. don’t recommend it’s better to go to emergency to avoid having issues and getting treated badly has a patient there
