Wow. I bring 1 Star because the system does not provide without stars. Slow, slowly and stop their 3 speeds. Since 1:35 pm they call to pressure and other questions and then put me on the dr “office”. And still 2 persons before me and its 3:35 pm. Avoid centra care. Be far from them.

If you’re closed at 745, just say it on the maps. I’d get it if it were busy, but with an empty lobby and parking lot, saying you’re closed just means you’ve got bad business policies.

The absolute WORST service, staff, etc that could possibly work for AdventHealth. First off, when you walk in you’ll be lucky to be greeted at all and If you do get greeted it will be with attitude. Don’t bother to make a reservation because even if you do, they will still run 4 hours behind and ruin your entire day. Also, when you call them and hear them say “I can’t hear this patient, this phone isn’t working” but then they continue to pick up the phone for the next 3 hours without fixing their phone issue as if they aren’t already aware that their phones still aren’t working when they’ve already stated it multiple times. Get it together!!!!
