We stayed at Kuter Avenue. The CLEANERS we're Very Rude, Impolite, and Unhelpful except for the guy that vacuums the hallway. Rooms are dirty, especially the linens(it wasn't changed in our entire month of stay). It’s impossible to sleep with the VERY LOUD noise from the upper floor occupants. Not worth it to pay $160 per night, I DON'T RECOMMEND staying here.

We’ve been paying $200-$300 a night for hotels in Anchorage so we finally decided to try this one on base and it was worth it. We paid $160 a night and it was really nice. The housekeepers came by everyday to give us fresh towels and supplies. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem I saw was a red stain on my sheets but other than that everything else was clean.

Buildings are older, hard to find the elevators, but the rooms in building 7179 were very nice. One side with couch, T.V. fridge and microwave, other side with bed second fridge, microwave. Shower is a bit cramped but gets the job done. It is right next to the flight line so if the F22s are out playing, you'll know it. Staff are very friendly, rooms and common areas are clean and well kept.

Rooms are good sized because you are basically getting two rooms that would normally share a bathroom. So you end up with two of everything. But one queen bed and a Murphy sofa in the other which is like a living room. It’s a little dated but passable. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hot water takes awhile to heat up and sometimes disappears during a shower. It’s pretty noisy due to all the aircraft but i got used to it. I gave it 3 stars because of price verse quality.
