Old furniture, wet carpet, pricey rates. Evacuated due to gas leak and they have no meeting point. Had to wait for 3 hours in the street in the cold until fire capitan cleared the building

This motel has great 👍customer service the rooms are on the complete opposite opposite end of the scale. The chairs are stained with durt and grease. The odor is so pungent that my eyes are watered. I'm writing this review outside in my jeep where I will sleep for the night. If my wife wasn't asleep already I would have left to find another place to lodge. The low 🌙 rate is definitely appropriate.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Bar right behind the motel in same parkinglot, good job on cleaning the room however think it smelled a senior citizen home. Was some mold on my ceiling and chair and a.c. needs to go back to the 50's.... Room does need a major update!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to address my experience even when I didn't initially provide feedback as to why I only selected 2 stars. Your response says a lot about you're service and for that reason I've edited my satisfaction grade to 3 stars. I do feel like it would be fair for me to provide my constructive feedback for your analysis and I sincerely hope it will be helpful. Our room was dirty. For example, the sheets were stained, the towels had make-up on them and the bathroom was not cleaned well. Also, we felt like the price was very high compared to some of the other hotels that we stayed around the same time frame. Thanks.
