I stoped by to get information on listings and possible get assistance on finding a rental. Did not feel welcomed and was given minimal assistance. The lady who came up to the front desk simply said they do not take time to sit at the computer and go over rentals with people. She didn’t even sit at her chair to ask me more information. I called the office before showing up and no one answered. What’s the point of having an open office if you aren’t welcome to walk ins.

I have had an amazing experience working with Fred Jackson and Steve Simpson. These two gentlemen are the definition of professional. Steve helped me prepare my rental house, answered all of my questions, and set me up for success. Fred always went above and beyond, even surprising me at times with his extra effort. After property managing my house I was even able to hire Fred to put the house on the market as my realtor. The house is sold, but I look forward to working with these two again in the future. I have had my property managed by CFPM since about May 2017. It's a small property but like any sized property, there are repairs and turnover, etc. Steve Simpson and Fred Jackson and the other staff I've interacted with have always been professional and handled issues in a timely fashion. So why write a review after five years? Well, I own a few properties and over the past decade+ have dealt with multiple property management companies (different locations). I have seen how some of the worst in the business manage property and after a recent terrible experience with a different company; I came to appreciate even more the great work that CFPM does.
