very bad experience with this company, they are SCAMMERS, a few days ago I went to ask about some apartments in Lee Vista and I told them that I had to move the first days of September, I made the application of 590 dollars for the speed of the move and even They communicated with me there, I never received an email of any kind or a call about my application, I wrote repeatedly and never received a response until I went to the office and they told me that they did not have apartments available for that date after they had confirmed me, They agreed to locate another apartment for me and they answered me the day I had to move, they really are unfortunate scammers who play with the needs of people.

Very informal administration in Oviedo Apts Loma vista, I lived there for 3 years and I had very bad experience, when you move out they want you paid for carpet like new, counters like new it’s painted not original granite. but at the end they want get big amount for all new counter only because the paint not look good and it’s impossible after one year because you need put water and some detergent to clean the top kitchen. At the end They charge more than $1,000 They want to charge for everything when you moved. I had a inundated One day my apartment was flooded due to the water that came from the apartment that came from the 2nd floor, the water heater exploded, things were damaged because no one came, not even with the noise of the alarms. I had to call the fire department to stop them from leaving. Water. The maintenance guys took too long to come to get the water out, then they filled my apt with fans many days and very noise, they lifted the carpet to put these under, but the bad smell of the walls and carpet never went away. And so with everything they charged me knowing that it was stained by the flood, all this was a big abuse and they played dumb.

John Cintron is the absolute worst, i called in to go over a few things and i could not even get a word!! He continually yelled and talked over me. I can’t believe he still has a job here. He treats black people so terrible. I feel bad for whoever has to speak to this guy.
