On day 1 with this company and already regret my decision to rent with them. Upon arriving to my "home" I found that it was occupied by squatters. First Key is taking no accountability for there negligence for failing to even bother looking at the home. No customer service whatsoever except for trying to transfer me to a more expensive home and request more money before I move in

I’d call the customer service number every couple of hours. That seems to be the only way I got a response from them. Also, google reviews are pretty effective at getting a response. Good luck bud.
Yes. 3x rent was the policy when we applied in 2019
Mostly the property manager but minor care is the renters responsible. Hope this helps.

I rent a home in Jacksonville from them .. there fine but I do believe the rent is a little high for the home Getting repairs is not timely
