I’m living in one of the home partners property and since I moved I only had problems with the service provider, they are not been giving me support with the house issues I’m having, I try to contact home partheners but they do not answer my questions but instead leave me on hold during the phone calls. I do not recommend anyone renting a house with them, the worst company I ever had contact. Take a look of the pictures after they “cleaned” the pool . It’s been 3 months they come to my house every week and leave the pool dirty.

Excellent Service, Outstanding Realtor, Fast approval process 👌

They are good and they make sure to help you with the process. The only downside is that when you find the house you want and it's under your price they would offer a lower price. Which cost me the home I really wanted.

Not a great experience. Relator became difficult to communicate with and rude. A lot of buying pressure for a house we didn't really want and won't purchase. They made low-ball offers on the places we wanted and offered asking on the place we really didn't. Won't ever do this again

It is possible to continue to live there depending on how your contract is written. But every year there is a significant rate increase in your rent.
Each year estimated purchase price and home value will go up
Hello Juanita, I had the same experience with customer service agents, but I mostly let me against deal with them so that I wouldn't get frustrated. We closed our deal about a month ago
No, but your security deposit does.
You first need to apply and qualify as a renter, the house must be qualified & valued at $450000 or less, you must be intending to rent to purchase in the future Rent for one year up to 5 years of renting.
None of the rent goes to buying the home this program is lease with option to purchase
Check the list of property disqualifications as well. Not only approved community, there are other criteria as well: can not be older than 99 years, not a condo, not REO or short sale, etc... HP website is a little behind actual MLS, so sometimes houses do qualify, but they are not in HP system yet
It would all depends on the purchase price of the home. Also, the taxes in the HOA. What state are you in?
You have to be an American citizen to qualify for the program
Time for the real estate agent to submit the property to Home Partners and start the negotiation process.
When you sign your lease there is buyout schedule they give to you that shows the price you will pay for your home
Call the main number and request a new agent
Through a realtor. But you have to be approved first for your monthly rent.
I would think is is due to rental restrictions. Some have a 10% cap on rentals, so the rental capacity can change at any time in condo complexes. This is a guess but may be one of the reasons.
Well as long as its listed with a realtor yes.
HomePartners typically has a cap around $450,000.
Depends on the area your in I would say. Min rent in the tn. Area is 1250 per.
What's a good contact number. The 1877 number isn't working
Nope
Not sure but if you called Home Partner's they are really nice and helpful and maybe can connect you with their company where you are they are located in Colorado Springs, Colorado
How much is a typical security deposit for a home that’s priced at 460k
