can my client choose a home not part of your inventory that qualifies in a good school district?

Check the list of property disqualifications as well. Not only approved community, there are other criteria as well: can not be older than 99 years, not a condo, not REO or short sale, etc... HP website is a little behind actual MLS, so sometimes houses do qualify, but they are not in HP system yet

As long as the home is within one of the approved school districts and falls into the budget category they will be fine
