You have to see if Home Partners even will let you rent it. Type the address on their website and if so, find the agent representing the house
Your realitor can answer any questions. Find a realitor that deals with Home Partners.
Also, if the home is not listed, they have a rental calculator where you plug in some info and it will give you a high and low rent price, and I've found they usually use the lower rent price. Hope that helps some.
I don't have that information. But you can visit their website and look up the address of the home that you are interested in. The website shows the monthly cost for each home based on its sale price.
