This company is really bad, they stole my clients application fee and didn't want to refund it, the broker Cleve Loveland kept saying they reached the wiring limit for the day and would not refund the money, they made my clients drive to their office "to pick up a check" and when they got there they were closed. They are liars and extremely rude to the customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!. BE CAREFUL

Cleve Loveland and Michael Morais are horrible agents. They make commitments then break them and did not represent me well in my home purchase in Hunter's Creek in November, 2021. Their incompetence costs me thousands in added repair cost. The recommended service providers they encouraged me to use were poor. This is my ninth home purchase in 35 years all over the country and they were the worst agents I ever worked with. If you see their sign or listing, run the other way!

These professional slum lords will barely fix problems and then try to charge you on their unreasonably huge deposits because they want to renovate their slums with your deposit money. Charged me 30 dollars for a door bell cover, 50 dollars for a air filter because I didn’t replace it before I left, 300 dollars to do their old bathtub and basically expected me to leave the place spotless when I moved into a FILTHY house. Dog hair, dirt, mold everywhere. How are you going to charge me for leaving a place cleaner and in better condition then when I first got there? Don’t rent from these people there’s a reason they only exist in Florida - because they can get away with stealing from hard working families here.
