Food took a long time to arrive. My wife's order was prepared wrong. Server insisted a wrongly prepared order was correct despite the menu saying otherwise.

Worst IHOP experience ever. I got the cheese burger. The bun was so stale it was almost crunchy. My wife ordered lemon ricotta pancakes. They brought out four different pancakes and still never got the right ones. It was terribly slow service and the restaurant was well under half full. Just awful.
