I know wawa is about providing excellent customer service , bt if they want to keep like that , they employee Yalona doesn’t doesn’t have that visit . She is very ignorant and attitude is horrible . Who tells a customer she clocking out and she wants to fight because she is wrong ! Customer service 101 , don’t argue with a customer for any reason , and especially screaming and cursing when customers in the store .
