Unfortunately as a company, we are not set up to accept Section 8 applicants at this time.
We charge $50 for each adult applicant who will reside at the property. However we don't believe in charging people unnecessarily, therefore we only charge this fee if the applicant/s are moved forward to the credit and background check. If we don't reach that point you will not be charged.
