Rent Prosper terrible company.. you have no benefit as a responsible tenant.. The management of the complex complains at the least.. they only win they do not lose it is disappointing

My first two years of living here were actually pretty good I did not have any complaints, however recently there has been new management and renovations. They have remodeled the outside of the apartments when they should have remodeled the inside. I had three leaks in three different areas of my home last year. My neighbors have as well because the piping in these complexes is so old. There is a MAJOR roach infestation that can only be handled if all of the buildings were bombed. Yet nobody wants to pay for it. The owner of the apartments will not pay for it because they blame the other units. The management pay for it because it’s out of their hands. Recently you have to have a parking permit for living here. If you don’t your car gets towed real quick. Apparently, your visitors have to have one too because that’s what happened to my friends car. The maintenance workers do a power wash every month of the buildings, wasting water. So you can’t have any thing on your front doors or hallway. If you have certain things that go against the community guidelines you get fined. There is no 24 hour maintenance. So if you have a leak at 3 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday night, there’s no use in calling the emergency maintenance number. they will not answer. I can’t wait till my lease is up. Also princess from the management office is highly unprofessional and rude when you call. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the neighbors are actually pleasant.

So far I have no complaints, the neighbors don't even feel, they don't listen to each other, it's quiet, I like it a lot, I've been here for more than a year
