This apartment doesn’t care about the residents. They’ve been doing construction for retail space for about a month and the drilling sound is SOOO LOUD and they do it 8 in the morning. I called them and they’re like “they are allowed to work 8 in the morning” like they don’t even care about students that have to wake up because of the construction noise.

Always had Amazing support regarding maintenance issues from clayden, Bradley and Nima in these last 15 months at Augusta. Mostly had Nima to support us, provided help on time, very respectful and fun to deal with.

A: We can hold a unit for up to two weeks beyond its published availability. We cannot reserve or lease an apartment for which we have not received notice to vacate (usually about 20 days in advance).

A: We offer "open" one-bedroom (studio with a dedicated sleeping area), full one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. We do not have balconies, but a very small number of our units do have individual patio spaces.

A: Although we do have a secured garage onsite, parking at our building is limited and may not be available at the time you apply for an apartment. Larger vehicles are particularly difficult to accommodate as the majority of our spaces are designed for compact cars. Pricing starts at $150.00/month.
