was curios and excited about professional match making opportunity, as I seat with their representative, listen to their presentation, was push to sign up immediately, as I share that I need to think about it and do a bit more research, I was insulted by their staff, the only thing missing were cursing words, worst experience, no professionalism at all!

I was working with a match maker named Tian, she was very nice, she definitely had my hopes up that she can match me, she talked me into changing the list of preferences I wanted in a match, hieght, age, race etc. I was open to it so my match making process was easier for them. But it didn't seem right. matches I got were 2 hours away, and they didn't want to even meet, I was willing to travel. I definitely struggled with emotions with even continuing the process. It definitely took alot out of me. The more they tried matching me, I saw that I needed to ask the match they set me up with questions to even see if they held to my guidelines. Of course they didn't. I felt like they just threw me with someone to get the number of my matchs down, the sooner they could get rid of me.

OVER 40 COMPLAINTS ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE. TOTAL SCAM OPERATION. The so called “relationship expert” are nothing more than well trained salespeople who will subject you to hours of psychological manipulation and high pressure sales tactics until you hand over A LOT OF MONEY. They use psychology to get emotionally vulnerable people to hand over THOUSANDS of dollars. First the guy wanted $10,000 for matchmaking services… I said no and tried to leave, but he was relentless. Finally he bartered it down to $2000. I was lucky that was all they ripped me off for, others were taken for much more. OVER 40 BBB COMPLAINTS. JUST LOOK THEM UP ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE, I sure wish I had done that before walking into that office. I never filled out any of their questionnaires, I never registered on their website, and I never received ANY SERVICES FROM THEM AT ALL. I was forced to sign some papers while under emotional duress (literally crying) and they took my $2000. A few days later I asked for a refund and was told to go scratch… I wrote to Sun Coast Introductions and it’s parent company, LOVE LIFE ACADEMY, asking for my money back (since NO SERVICES WERE PROVIDED) and was repeatedly stonewalled. After I filed a BBB complaint they finally responded by reminding me that I signed a paper and they flat out denied my refund request… even though I never actually used their services in any way whatsoever! This is a very shady operation!

I am very impressed with the expertise and professionalism with the staff at Sun Coast Introductions. They take very seriously the difficult task of matching individuals. I'm not sure what algorithm they use to determine who to match with who, but they apparently know what they are doing. Due to my very busy professional career in the medical field, I personally don't have the time to try to go out and search for someone to meet. Over the past year and a half, Sun Coast Introductions has matched me with a few young women. In total, I have been on about a dozen dates. All of the women were attractive and very pleasant, and we had a wonderful time together. However, I am still looking for the perfect match with someone that I can spend the rest of my life with. I'm looking forward to meeting the next young woman that Sun Coast will match me with! I never thought I would be dating again after I lost my wife several years ago, but Sun Coast Introductions has been key to getting me back on my feet and into dating and meeting new people.
