Awesome team experience with Mike, Jason and Frank on getting upgrade to iPhone 13 max pro. These guys are so capable and competent and highly recommend the Verizon store on Cattleman Road. They took the time to review all aspects and options on billing plan and provide savings. I stopped in at other Verizon stores over the past few weeks and never felt like I was getting straight answers. That all changed with these three gentlemen and grateful for their patience and expertise!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We came into the store to transfer a business account to a consumer account, which turned out to be a non-trivial deal. Alison, our service rep, literally spent HOURS weaving her way through customer service and automated menus to set up the account. Throughout the ordeal, she was pleasant, patient and caring. AT the (successful) end of the process, she gave us her direct line so we could contact her with any questions or issues in the future. Thank you very much, Alison!
