Tourist trap! Save your money and go to Walgreen's they have the same junk but they have a return policy, something this store needs. It's a shame how they get over on people who just want to buy souvenirs for others. Bought towels and after one wash they were shredded. Took back just a few days later with receipt and the woman would not exchange. Another time I purchased flippers and the one snapped immediately took them back 4 days later with receipt and same response NO! She would rather sit outside of the entrance door and smoke, rather than accommodate good local customers. Save the aggregation and just go elsewhere!

Being a General Manager of a local shop in Siesta Key, I totally understand their return policy. We cannot resell used merchandise. With times changing, the chain supply issues, it is no wonder that they have limited stock on certain items. As for employees, it is extremely tough to find good help now. We have to take what we can get, just to have a body on the floor. Especially being a high end resort town...not many people need/want to work that live on this side of town. So before leaving a review, please consider how much things have changed in the past two years. Look how many businesses have gone under and try to support the ones that fought through this mess. Please be kind. Please remember everyone is trying to make a living. I wish our local businesses well!

Fair prices, professional, & friendly! Myself and my wife shopped here during our vacation and was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews. Don’t believe everything you read! We vacation in Siesta keys every year and we will be back.
