2 separate times I have sent a phone back to ATT just to get a huge bill saying I never returned it. This post office is to blame. Seeing all thr bad reviews over the year, I may just write Ken Calvert and complain

I've never had a problem with them, even when I do it's a minor infraction, take a breath and breathe. The solution will come from a friendly face. All except one employee so far has treated me with respect not like other post office locations. I know ppl by name & they talk about personal life but it took time. If you take time to get to know them you wouldn't be quick to down this place. Have respect there's a veteran - Mom of 2 - & a hard working man always there every day taking ur misunderstandings & give you the time to help you out.

EXTREMELY RUDE employees! Every time I go there. Especially the Asian man that works there (I don’t know his name). I can’t even ask for stamps without him yelling at me and making me feel stupid. I also read the other reviews and I noticed I’m not the only one. There’s other employees that are rude as well but he’s the main one. They don’t want to work or serve you, and they yell at you for asking any simple question. I’m so sick and tired of it. I’m going to have to drive 30 minutes to another post office from now on. I’m never using this location again

This is absolutely the worst post office in the world, that I have been too, not enough employees at all. No dropoff carts for big pre-labeled packages. Definitely needs to do better, employees are only as good as the management.

I've used this location for years - never a problem. They can be busy at times, and unexpected absences can effect lines. But no one is perfect. Overall I consider this location one of the better ones.
Yes franca the clown is still wasting time wasting money Probably still has not read Poster #7
Yes, but it's set a little further back from the curb so it's basically impossible to put mail in without opening your car door and taking off your seatbelt. Still better than parking and going inside though.
Range $60 - $200 per 6 months depending on size you need.
If you mean how to track a package?. You can do so at USPS.com if it's a postal package and you have a tracking #
There's several other drive up boxes
