I really enjoyed her services, if it wasn't for my insurance changing I would continue to take my 16 year old to Cassandara, she is a great listener and not just because it's her job but you can see it. Very professional and I've really noticed the changes in my teens behavior. Highly recommend.

Cassandra has helped me in sooooo many ways. I've NEVER worked with someone more understanding. She was so compassionate, patient, and empathetic. She had great coping strategies & literature hangouts. The thing I loved about working with her is a lot of it was me talking and her listening. A lot of the experience that I have in the past talking with therapists is hearing them talk while having me listen. She doesn't make you feel less about yourself. She really is a great mirror to help you see your reflection. The best thing about working with her is that she makes you feel so comfortable. She has never once ever made me feel judged. Just when I think she's going to criticize me or say something negative, she never does. She is very positive and always redirects me if I try to put myself down. She reminds me that I am a person and there is no life experience that can ever make me less. If you are looking for a person to talk to and actually help you, and not make you feel judged, you need to give Cassandra a try. She believes a person can make progress, if & only if, they're a good fit with the therapist working with them; I'm certain she'll be perfect for you. She is the best I have ever worked with! You will not have any regrets. I worked with her at 1 clinic and hunted her down & followed her when she opened up her own private practice. The other clinic wouldn't release any information on her for me to follow her. Glad I found her again. She is by far the best! I could only rate her 5 Stars, but truly...no amount of stars could rate the impact she's had in my life!!!
