Great customer service

It’s amazes me on how you can be on the phone waiting for 30 minutes to see about a refund they owe you, they hang up on you and do not have the courtesy to call you back when you gave them your info at the beginning of the call. I had to drive down there to get my questioned answered while still being on hold with them, phone hung up on my way and yet no one had the courtesy to call me after we were disconnected . And since when is it okay for Associates to be eating at the front desk….. very unprofessional and horrible customer service .

Can’t talk to anyone because calls keep getting dropped. Tried for 3 hours to verify being picked up as advertised but since you keep being put on hold and dropped I missed my reservation appointment. Not much better at Hesperia location either. Why even bother advertising what they do.

Having the same problem as I sit here and watch 3 workers doing nothing. They could have a cordless phone that they take out side. From what I see they are lazy. I have come two days in a row with a confirmation number and am told NO car. I'm sure after I speak to their corporate office they will figure out how to get a phone outside and answer it and how to work a computer all at the same time or they need to restaff the entire place.
Better to show up in person or reserve online.
I had zero problems with Enterprise ran me in ,a my car ran. Really good

Yes. I checked and there is a $73 drop fee
Select option 4 to talk to representative
Yes, deposits vary, mine was 200 applied to my card and credited back when the vehicle was returned.
You can speak directly to either luis or Cory and either one of them should be able to help with any issue
For every vehicle there is a $200 deposit plus whatever the amount you have to pay
Yes
When you go to rent, weekend rates are different and if you have insurance used your insurance and the that in car, you bring it back the same and one or two drivers only the bigger the vehicle costs more small is cheaper, make Reservation online
They aren't in the building with the phones.
Either. $200 deposit that is refunded when you return the car.
Pay extra. Some credit cards cover rentals if you use the card.
I believe they pick you up in a shuttle if your within a certain radius of there location
I would guess by adding those points together and coming up with the equation or maybe asking a representative how all of this crazy stuff works in the first place?

About 30 - 50 a day but you will need a security deposit of 300(?) Or a little less which will be refunded after the car is returned. Not bad.
It's a big problem getting to the phones when it gets busy. I would suggest coming in to talk to someone. Or just keep trying
A major credit card. If u don't have one you need to live in the area of the rental place, bring on paystub, a current bill, debit card with $200 or 300 for the deposit plus whatever the rental cost is has to be on the card.. I think that's it
I had no credit card I gave them a utility bill in my name that has to be current and I gave them a pay stub from my employer. I never heard about any money orders as another form of option
A major credit card, a valid driver's license and be 25 years of age.
